Casale Palazzo is run by our family (Giovanni and Gabriella with their sons Roberto and Riccardo) who are attentive and discreet so that you can enjoy a peaceful holiday without invasion of your privacy.
In addition to summer holidays, Il Casale Palazzo is available for various festivities and winter celebrations.
Why not spend New Year's Eve, in the midst of a snowy landscape, in the warmth of an comfortable old farmhouse with your loved ones.
At Easter, you can take Mass in the beautiful cathedral of Cittą di Castello or in one of the many small country churches to offer and receive the olive branch.
In September you can search for truffles together with Roberto and his dog and with Riccardo cook dishes based on this fantastic local speciality.
If you would like to spend time with us, on some occasions we can cook and enjoy together the dishes, wines, oil and liqueurs typical of the region.
If, on the other hand, you would like a more active holiday, you have ample choice with a variety of alternatives for all the family.
As already mentioned at the beginning, you are within easy reach of famous seaside, lake and mountain resorts; you can organize interesting cultural and gastronomic itineraries; you can take part in various festivities that occur throughout the whole year in our town and region; you can do various sports at local sports centres (golf, riding, canoeing, etc.); you can visit the Fontecchio spa baths for health and beauty treatments; you can buy excellent local products, for example: antique furniture, ceramics, food products from the woods, etc.
You can visit the numerous local museums (Burri, Art Gallery, Piero della Francesca, and many others); you can also visit various local shows and exhibitions (Reproduction furniture in April, Horse show in September, Concrete Utopia, and many others in nearby towns).

From May to September, there is a minimum booking period of 1 week.
From October to April, there is a minimum booking period of 3 days.
For festive periods (Easter, Christmas), the price for an apartment is 150 euro per day.
For the remaining periods, the cost of an apartment is 100 euro per day.

Prices include:
Exclusive use of the apartment, electricity, heating (not on during the period from 1 May to 30 September), hot and cold running water, weekly linen change (bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms), use of the following shared facilities: swimming pool (from 1 May to 30 September), gas and wood for kitchen and barbecue, laundry room, sports equipment (fishing rods, bikes etc.).

Prices do not include:
Meals, which can be taken in two comfortable restaurants nearby, wine cellar with selected wines, telephone (with meter), internet connection (30 euro per week, no time limit), hydromassage tub (50 euro per week), cleaning during stay, transport, excursions, tourist itineraries, spa treatments, etc.
